Oakton High School Band
Proudly Presents the World Premier of Atlantic Odyssey by Philp Sparke June 12th, 7pm This spring concert includes all of Oakton’s concert bands playing selected music showcasing all our talented students. Concert II, Concert I and Symphonic Band will perform, ending with the much anticipated debut of our newly commissioned piece Atlantic Odyssey by composer Philip Sparke. This celebration concert will be preceded by a spaghetti dinner and silent auction starting at 5:30pm. Bring your friends and family as this will most certainly be a night to remember. Ticket prices for this premier event will be $5 for admission, plus an additional $7 for the spaghetti dinner if desired. Tickets will be made available at no cost to families for which the $5 donation for entrance to the concert creates a financial hardship. We will also make tickets available at no cost to any parent who by choice is unwilling to make the $5 donation per ticket. Please email Betsy Tyskowski at here with your request. All proceeds from the sale of tickets will go toward the support of the band program in an effort to keep the program affordable to all students. |

We have paid for the commission of Atlantic Odessey through the amazing donors on this list. Please consider donating to the general operations of the band.
