May 31 or June 1, 2016 in the OHS Library, 5:30pm - 8:30pm

Parents of all students joining the 2014 Marching Band must be present to register their student on either of the registration nights. You do not need to be present for the entire time. If you are unable to attend registration night, contact

Please BRING the following with you to registration night
(you can download and print the forms from this website, or get hard copies from the band room hallway):

1) Completed Marching Band Forms

Marching Band fee is $225.  Due September 9, 2016 payable to Oakton High School

**If your student will NOT attend Orkney, the marching fee is due at registration.**
2) Completed Medical Forms
Includes current year VHSL physical form -- must be physician-signed and dated after May 1, 2016.
3) Completed Orkney Band Camp Forms

4) Band Course Materials Fee

Orkney fee is $585.  A $300 deposit is required during Marching Band registration, payable to Oakton High School.  Remaining $285 payment due on August 1, 2016.
