Marching Band Registration

Parents of all students joining the 2013 Marching Band must be present to register their student on either of the registration nights. You do not need to be present for the entire time. If you are unable to attend registration night, contact Pam Holcomb

Please BRING the following with you to registration night
(you can download and print the forms from this website, or get hard copies from the band room hallway):

1) Completed Marching Band Forms
 
Marching Band fee is $225.  Due September 3, 2013 payable to Oakton High School
2) Completed Medical Forms
Includes current year (March 2013) VHSL physical form -- must be physician-signed and dated after May 1, 2013.
 
3) Completed Orkney Band Camp Forms
Orkney fee is $550.  A $300 deposit is required during Marching Band registration, payable to Oakton High School.  Remaining $250 payment due on August 5, 2013.
