The Band Booster of Oakton High School (BBOHS) is a 501(3)c organization formed to support the music program at Oakton High School.  We support the Cougar Marching Band, Color Guard, Drumline and all the Concert Bands and Jazz Bands. Each year the costs of the programs are paid by parents, corporate sponsors and most importantly through fundraising.

In addition, some of the fundraisers share earnings directly with the band students to help offset individual costs. For example, your student sells a bushel of oranges during the citrus sale and part of the profits go to the general band fund, while the other part goes directly to your student's band account. The earnings can then be applied towards the student's Marching Band fees, concert uniforms, band trips, etc.
