If you have an UNUSUAL situation that requires you to drive to or from a sponsored band event, you MUST adhere to the following procedure:

• Print out a driver form or pick one up from Miss Newton (for Orkney, no later than August 9)
• Complete form, sign and return to Miss Newton (for Orkney, no later than Aug. 11)
• A copy will be returned to you after administrative approval
• You must present this copy to one of the directors BEFORE any early departure

** NO STUDENT MAY RIDE IN A CAR AT ANY TIME UNLESS THIS PROCEDURE IS FOLLOWED AND THE REQUISITE FORM IS RETURNED TO MISS NEWTON BY GIVEN DEADLINES. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE BE FAIR TO THE ENTIRE GROUP.
