Charms Office Assistant
NEW! Charms Office Assistant is the Oakton Bands new administrative website tool used to manage student accounts, the calendar, and volunteer sign up Using Charms to Sign Up to Volunteer It's VERY EASY to volunteer for any Band event using the Charms website; just follow these steps: 1. Go to https://www.charmsoffice.com/ 2. Click the green “Enter” link in the top menu and pull down to the “Parent/Students/Members” link 3. Enter oaktonbands as the school code and click the blue “Enter Charms” button 4. Click on the Volunteer Needs then pull down to click the event for which you want to volunteer 5. Find the volunteer category or time slot of your choice and enter your name, email and phone number, then click the blue "Sign Up" button NOTES:
![]() Once in Charms Office Assistant, you can also update your student's account information, including email contacts, or view the student account statement and make payments. To do this, you'll need a Charms student ID number. If you have any questions regarding Charms - please contact Deb Norton or Pat Higgins Using Charms to Manage Student Account You are encouraged to sign in to Charms at least once a month to view your student's band account statement in order to make payments. While there, check to make sure all your contact information is correct. 1. Go to https://www.charmsoffice.com 2. Click the green “Enter” link in the top menu and pull down to the “Parent/Students/Members” link 3. In the "Student Area Password" box - enter the student ID that was given to you. If you don't have this ID, please contact Pam Burke. 4. Click a button on the dashboard for the activity you want to manage.
